Id suggest something, lets make a list of CANT BE DONE stuff. so the same questions dont repeat over and over, i have seen a hell of times the same How do i add a country thread, and i have answered Spawns can only spawn aircraft more than a human being can tolerate. Theres something called search but it looks like it is on a 4th density world, and not on this 3rd density, doh.

Why bother, they can change anything they want on it because they have the sauce code, we don't, all we have is the ini code which is a bunch of tags, if you wanted to add another on all you need to do is get the sauce code which is impossible and learn the language its programmed in, then edit it. impossible as its not an open sauce program.

The people at WW/EAP WILL NOT give you the source code.

1) I am VERY sure that you don't have enough money to buy it from them
2) It seems like you don't know the least about programming, so it will be a complete waste of your funds.
3) The source code unlocks the entire engine, enablining other people to steal the engine without giving credit.
4) The source code is not "modding" anymore. You are creating an entirely new game in which YOU will have to know what 20-30 professionals know.
5) The expansion alone took WW/EAP about a year to complete, possibly earlier. Do you have that kind of time?
6) Companies do not really care about the individual consumer, rather the enitre population. They only want to benifit themselves thought the production.

In conclusion, the Earth is more likely to end than you getting the source code to Yuri's Revenge.

Please do not argue this any further. You are in a winless fight. As many people said before, you CANNOT add a new country/side. You can only replace an existing one.
