Perhaps I want to change the design of a sidebar (allied for example). OK - I will change the graphix, but I want more. I wanna know is it possible to disable repair from sidebar, and re-enable Toggle Power function. The buildings are repairing automaticly:

I strongly doubt that, since you have no real access to functions of the sidebar - you just change the design...
