now the v3's weapon is its own and the new missile launcher is v3's elite weapon but we have killed the dread noughtmake it tech level -1 so there isn't errors
and you have to change things in the art ini to sute your needs but that stuff is very basic
some of the rules i posted don't have to be exactly like i wrote them eg. armor techlevel
one more thing do this to the dreadnought missile:

now it shoots just like a v3 but you loose the dread nought i never used navy thats why i changed it but when i erased the dread nought i made a missile sub to balance it out so now everthing is all good
