i need help..about i'm trying to do is..when country A from GDI w/c is Allied for example French..then I'll add the French country to the Soviet Side..is it possible? will it work? what could be the solution? thanx!!

sydr0 tried to do it..but he failed, you can only make one soviet country a yuri one and vice verso..thats because they hve the same Suffix= tag.

well wut u can do is make Any Allied Country Soviet, I have tested this and done it, but I am also not sure if you can make a Soviet Country Allied, I think it is possible it should be

However you cannot make ANY Allied Country Yuri and you can make ANy soviet country Yuri.

So think about how far they are from each other

If you do this make sure you change the owner= for MCVs, Conyards, units with allowedtostartinmultiplayer=yes and forbiddenhouses and required houses.

also make sure you make the right adjuustments in the [SIDES] and in the specific countries. Also do not mess up the order of the countries and another thing I thionk you have to make adjustments in the AI.ini/aimd.ini sections regarding this.

you can change the string entry and loading screens. (e.g. change the string name and loadin screens for libya to make 'em as france.)

Rules.ini coding..and the French will be on [SIDES] NOD= entry? and will have entries in the units like this;

GDI=British,Germans,Americans,Alliance
Nod=Russians,French,Confederation,Arabs

note: Africans is Libya..and i replaced it as French..am I right in coding?

now on the [Countries] List;
[Countries]
0=Americans ; Starts at zero because dialog returns 0 for first listing regardless of name
1=Alliance
2=French ; now what happens to this entry? since it is already a Soviet Country?
3=Germans
4=British
5=French ; formerly Africans now replaced
6=Arabs
7=Confederation
8=Russians
9=GDI
10=Nod
11=Neutral
12=Special

now French is now Soviet replacing [Africans]

I think it will not work coz [Africans] doesnt exist at the country list
