Default HARRIERS TO THE RESCUE

HOW DO YOU GET THE HARRIERS TO TAKE OFF ON THIER OWN AND FIRE ON THIER TARGETS WITHIN THIER RANGE. I GOT THE V3 TO AQUIRE AND FIRE ON TARGETS ONITS OWN BUT CANT GET HARRIERS TO DO THIS. ALSO I READ THAT SOMEONE GOT THIER PLANES TO HOVER OVER THE ENEMY BASE AND CONTINUE TO TAKE OUT ONE TARGET AFTER ANOTHER UNTIL THERE WHERE NONE LEFT OR THEY WERE SHOT DOWN.

u can do that first one with a special trick, use ur creativity, it works, it just does not involve a helipad/airpad, here's a hint: aircraft carrier

USE AIRCRAFT CARRIERS.

If you look at the Blitzkreig mod they have an airfield which launches spitfires check that out if you want to see how it works, but this is a building which spawns aircraft when enemies get in range and then they land.

:rockbrow: I thought CanPassiveAquire meant it can attack its own side?
Well, I havent been through rules.ini lately so maybe it doesnt.

CanPassiveAquire=
Can be set to 'yes' or 'no' and determines whether or not this object can automatically acquire its own targets. This is used as an over-ride as all objects default to 'yes'. NOTE: the tag is spelt wrong although the game does parse this.

CanRetaliate=
Can be set to 'yes' or 'no' and determines whether or not this object can return fire with its Primary= weapon when it is hit by enemy fire. This is used as an over-ride as all objects default to 'yes'.
