A nuclear explosion is not a combustion reaction, so technically it won't suck in units. It'll probably send things flying away from the explosion. In one of my mods, I replaced the InfantryDeath= to the Yuri Die one, as it fit the nuclear explosion better.

You're right, I go it the other way around, after the initial front, the pressure(like that of being at several hundred meters) gradually fades until there is a negative overpressure causing a reverse blast wave to fill the void. Then there's a fire storm from everythign ignited. Fun huh?

The Nuke will also cause flickering lighting in the following mushroom cloud due to ionized particles.

And remember 70-80% of all of a Abomb's energy is released as light and heat which cause immediate blinding of third degree burns resulting in initial death.

and if you're with 100 miles or so and you see the blast, you'll be blinded for life. Also the radioactive material that is flung out doesn't appear instantly like in RA2; Its spread for miles and even gets carried deep into the atmosphere due to the force of the explosions, and the jet streams that circle the earth.

Boy aren't nukes fun!

hey, havent been on in a looong time. i had finals all week, it was so booorrriiinnnggg. i wasnt aloud on my comp for a week, but im back.

1st. its Tilter=yes, and i guess there is a majority vote for rocker=yes, so i guess thats how it works.

2nd. i dont work with graphix , so no help there, sry.

and another thing. some non-nuclear bombs have explosions that suck in the O2 within its blast radius and then lets out the aftershock. nuclear bombs, not too sure, havent studied thermal nuclear energy yet (one more year, facking grass science, aka Earth Science).

for an artillery strike, hunt, ill make some giant missiles out of voxels and we can have like 5 of them strike at a large target. Just a thought.

Tilter= only determines whether or not a unit will tilt on a slope. Already defaults to yes for units and no for all others.

Remember the rules of sevens after each 7 fold period of time after a fission detonationg, radiation decreases 10 fold, starting after the first hour, 7 hours afterwards, the radiation would be at a 10% of it's original at roughly 49 hours(7*7, about 2 days), the radiation woudl be at about 1/100 of the original intensity and so forth.

Also, in larger nukes tend to have the same imaginary sphere for imediate irradiation, intensity si dependant on the yield. I nlarger nukes, more heat energy is released, people well outside the blast rage can still suffer 3rd degree burns.

Well... it is called Fallout and takes place in a post apocaliptic California.

In the sequel you fight what's left of the American Government which is based in an oil rig in the Pacific. Very fun, expecially because they outnuber you 20 to 1 and ar are with weapons oyu could only dream of.
