Default Particle Question

How do I make a weapon that spawns more than one particle when it explodes? I've been working on a chemical bomb and I'm trying to get it to spawn three Chemical Clouds when the bomb destructs. Thus far though, I can only make it spawn a single cloud. Anyone know?

Find the animation it plays when it blows up in art.ini and give it the following lines:

SpawnsParticle=*
NumParticles=*

IMPORTANT: This is not a particle system but the particle itself, specifying a particle system will cause an internal error.

Hmmm. That being the case, I just need to give it a unique explosion. And a unique sound for that matter. Thank you Tratos.

np, you can also make the warhead spawn a particle system so you might prefer that idea, use the code

Particle=*

and try setting the particle cap to 3 or so.
