Default Some Editing Questions:Airbursts,modesmd,superweaps...

First off, question #1: Is there any way to have airbursts and airburst weapons work in RA2 and YR? if only airbursts work, then why don't shrapnel weapons work with airbursts as well?

Question #2: Where do i find modesmd.ini in the mixes(to add new superweap)?

Question #3:Is it possible to add new "types" of superweapons that have the same function of say, the "multimissle" type but can be made into new weapons(instead of what happens when you add just a new "action", the building that fires the "multimissle" type fires the same weapon as the other one and goes invisible)?

1. Yes that's possible, Laotze did it with his Zeus Tank
2. I tought it was ra2.mix>local.mix

1) Click on the "Editing Encyclopedia" in the left pane of this page, find airburst there in Ra2/YR rules ini guide.

2) I think u got "modesmd" from my Ion Cannon code. There's nothing named "Modesmd.ini" file in YR, i just mentioned the game modes ini files ,eg. mpbattlemd.ini, mpnavalmd.ini etc. files by "modesmd".

3) I think u want to clone nuke, its a common problem having silo invisible while adding the same type=MultiMissile but adding different "action=" for it. Or u want a completely new "Type=" ?? its only possible with fake SWs.

2) In case you wanna extract it anyway, the mpmodesmd.ini is in ra2md.mix --> localmd.mix

U can't fire a new weapon type by a nuke silo. Nuke weapon is hardcoded.
