The pcx files must be in same size (height and length).
Correct palette must be applied aswell, units use unittem.pal and anims use anim.pal they can be extracted from the mix files in psp format.
Do not have other formats with the same name in the folder when converting as the xcc mixer will read both and it won´t come out as shp (ts).
