So true, I took a look at messing with the exe and stuff like that but I looked at it and I was like, HUH.lol. YOu really need to know what the hell you are doing. If not, well, then tough luck to you. Also isnt it illegal to mess with the exe, tlb, and .dat files?
I opend game.dat with C++ a long time ago.. I remember I saw there.. stuff like.. time to build a building, a unit, how much it cost... but this is already in the ini files.

That would only work for a shp based chopper. If HVA's had the shp's ability to do different sequences, it would have been easier on modders :|
huh? jsu like kravvitz said.lol. well anyways. Have you ever played Tiberian Sun???? Cause if you have then you will notice that the wolverine has shps legs and a vxl top. So if I understand correctly what you are saying then it can be done making an shp rotor. Its not that hard.
