Just want to correct a few things :lol:
Yes, TLB files are used by the compiler.
But after compiling, they aren't needed any more.
WW used Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0, which lets the TLB survive after compiling.
WW seemed to have copied it accidently.
I wouldn't know any other explanation for it though.
WordPad to edit exes lol... kindof...
I'm using a simple hex editor

ResHack is stupid, you cannot make it find the entry points for control events (like button being clicked)
