When any one of the veichle, aircraft, infantry or buildings list get over
approx 100 units, the program starts enumbering the units after the limit
back from zero.
Thus, the AI thinks that these units are the only ones aviable to it, and total building madness occurs.

I am ashamed that people still get hung up on this one. Anyone who hasn't at least rifled through Deezire's tutorials should be shot. Publicly. Dragged out into the street and shot dead.

Change all the civvie vehicles' ID number over 103 so that you have more room. Use any of the free numbers. Don't use the same numbers twice or RA2.EXE will have a coronary.

A friend of mine (at least I have riends ) tried giving a unit number 210 or sumthing and it didn't go crazy... Then again, he's not the most reliable source...
