What stuff do i need to get started in making buildings etc
Hi, i know this sounds newbyish, but could someone advise me what programs i need to make infantry, buildings, and vehicles. Can you help me? I would be incredibly appreciative. Oh and one other question, does anyone know who was previously in charge of the internal conflict mod? and is it still downloadable?
First let me say, welcome to the forums and community.
Now for anything you need to get xcc utilities. The main tools youll be using in there are xcc mixer and xx mix editor. To make buildings and infantry theres alot of differnt methods to do it but the main program you will need is paint shop pro. for vehicles youll need voxel editor 2 or 3 and hva editor.

Amd as a matter of fact there is one more thing. Do you know who was previously in the internal conflict mod team? I intend to restart the mod, and id like his permission.
