What settings do i mess around with to make the CPU side immensly intelligent? i have it set on hard and IQ of 20 and i want them to be so so clever, instead of just walking into my infantry.. i'd idealy like them to be at max difficulty if it is possible, i'd like them to go this way, not the the same way every time and i want them to build walls round everything, to send troops another direction etc etc. i have it on hard settng and there still think as 2 short planks.

AI Ini more or less for guidance..

The Internal IQ settings aren't all that effective, although some are useful..

Like is said AI.ini is what you need, get to it...

I looked but it just shows what they can build etc.

Tesla-Chrono: The AI.INI is more powerful than you think. Use pool teams so the AI will seem overwhelming. Rules.ini has a bit of ai stuff too. Try shortening the time delay before the first attack, as one example. Use AI Generals. Increase the number of defensive teams.
