You have LightningHitDelay=1, yet LightningSeperation=10
The game will try to make the meteors up to 10 cells away, and yet hit the target everytime!
LightningHitDelay means that when x frames have passed the target should be hit.
LightningDamage= should equal 1, or else its target will be hit, then the meteor will hit the target again.
For [IonWH], take out Bright=yes, Convention=yes (or else if the meteor storm starts over the sea, the water explosion animation will play instead, resulting in no meteors), Rocker=yes, Wall=yes, and Wood=yes. Change Verses= to 0%.
Make a new warhead, and with the art.ini entries, change the warhead to the new one.
