It's an "add-on" with new units and buildings such as the gates which is buildable in this mod oh yeah BTW i also need a SHP maker and i want to make a new side who is allied with Yuri i wanted to take Korea and make it to another Yuri like side (you could call it that one of his clones has become the leader of a new country(a Yuri Prime)) but i don't know what to do and some of the new buildings will be from other mods and the makers will be credited in the credits for helping me out and i want to make it that way so the allied can build the time-machine (whic acts like a cloaking generator and the cronosphere and the weather controller) and get Yuri's buildings and units and Yuri can build the Psychic Amplifier (which acts like a cloaking generator and a psychic dominator and a genetic mutator) and get the soviet's stuff and the soviets could build the Psychic Beacon (which works like a cloaking generator and an iron curtain and a nuke silo) and get the allied stuff all except the country specific units
I doubt you'll find a mod team willing to join a relatively new modder to create a mod. Most people are either busy with there own mod, or working with more experienced people.
That's lame. How much do you expect this superbuilding to cost? 10K$? Besides, good luck on your charge anims, I think building can have only one ChargeAnim, and it'll be used on both superweapons Again, you prove your reputation.
