YR conversion

Is anyone here interested in being staff for a YR conversion? The idea is its an episode of Tib Sun including a battle with the scrin. im after coders etc. to do the technical stuff, preferably experienced/veteran modders. if you can please give me an example of your abilites eg. previous projects etc. after applying.

this mod is a CnC Unleahed exclusive so far.

That avatar is the custom for people who don't have any. Even DZ has it now :wtf: .

Well heres the info so far,

The mod is a conversion of YR
The story is not entirely confirmed all the info i can give you is basically GDI have gained control of NOD forces and supporters but still a few rogue NOD forces spread terror. the scrin, the alien race form TS, come after the tacticus
a battle starts between GDI/NOD forces and the scirn. the rogue NOD forces attempt to slowly gain back control of NOD again while GDI deals with the scrin.

the mod is to feature a new line up of stuctures and units, some will be form TS/FS but not many, 3 playable and unique sides (GDI, NOD, Scrin) , full manual documention, unique unit designs and possibly some new music.

im doing Concept art and writing.

and the avatar has been explained.

i h8 to sound disappointing but most, if not all the veteran moders are working on mods similar to yours, (CnC Reloaded is the best so far

). so i guess you should try to learn some stuff on your own (im not 'literaly' following this advice btw lol) and i noticed that you do concepts and by writing...do you mean 'writing' storylines and stuuf or 'coding' :/ ?

Hint: head to PPM ], they have lots of tutorials regarding re-enabling/converting some TS coding logics to ra2

I say this to everyone who asks for help rightaway: First learn things to do yourself. DeeZel is right all veteran modders are working on their own projects. If you want to make a mod you'd better start on yourself. Look at some tutorials download DZ's editing encyclopedia and if you have friends who might be interested in making a RA2 mod ask if they want to help you. The Ra2 Modding community is a hard world. You have to learn to stand on your own feet.
