Well, like I said, I placed the ini files directly into my ra2 folder and I didn't have the trouble that you had.
From that, and the comments on the xcc web site, led me to the conclusion that there is something wrong with xccmcl 1.11
Try 1.12. If that doesnt work then try to find an older version of xccmcl, but in the meantime, run your mod manually.

yea, i will try that, but right now im taking a break from modding, dont worry though, i will be back (curses dishes for making fingers slippery thus typing difficult)
