NCO bug...any quick fixes?

hey my mod has the NCO bug. it's getting really annoying cuz i like to play with sound as i added a bunch of sounds into the game for my mod but the whole EVA telling me i have new construction options every 4 seconds is kinda annoying. is there a quick fix to this or is the problem in the coding? also, for referrence what is the actual cause of this bug? i heard somewhere that it was from mis-labeled owner=, side=, and forbiddenhouse= tags but i'm not sure. thanks.

Renegade's solution: Disable the NCO-sound as a whole.

oh yea, techlevel= too, as for renegade, that might not be too bad of an idea. do you really need something telling you that you have NCO? i think i'll do that.

That's not the only problem with the NCO bug... At least to me.. when I hear "New Construction Options", my sidebar jumps to a random position (up or down). Gad damn annoying

I had it for a while then it went away I don't have a clue what I did though. Might have re-installed it though.
