Default Name changing

Can somebody explain me how to make names of structures changing?
For example "Fake War Factory" is displayed only for the owner of this structure and for enemy the name is displayed "War Factory"

Some1 told me I can change option Fake=yes by editing *.tlb files if YR mix files so that on selecting the structure by an owner a text "FAKE" will appear (like text "Primary" at normal factory). Is it true?
Where can I get soft for editing *.tlb files (by the way I saw such file (ai.tlb) in DeeZire mod)

Ai.tlb : Enchancer file. DeeZire didnt make it. That was from TS.

Ra2.tlb : The old TS elements (including the old Actions). You can even switch it with Sun.Tlb and nothing goes wrong... and the problem is you cant recompile it. Belive me. Don't try it. Expert modders have tried and failed.

I think "Fake=" is obsolete and disabled, as it residual from Red Alert.

AI.tlb has more effect on the game if the AI(md).ini file has more triggers, taskforces, etc. in it. TibSuns AI.ini was like twice as large in size than Ra2/YR.

I don't beleave the DZ encyclodedia said fake= was obsolete

It DID have one use, if I'm right. For AI targeting, but now its obsolete by ThreatPosed= that gave a more controlable feature.

I don't know if the tag "Fake=" is still usable, but you can make a clone of the building, give it a different cameo, and make it so it cannot be used the same as the normal structure and is weaker like in RA1.

yeah but actually AAG meant that if you put : "Name=Fake Construction Yard" in the CSF, everyone will know that's a fake simply by scrolling over it....

To solve this, I just gave it the same name, but a different cameo. (like Kravvitz suggested)
