For some reason when ever a unit is created, or a building is garrisoned it says "new construction options availble" after it says "unit ready", I am totally lost and don't even know where to begin, please help.

yep...
wouldn't be a good idea to make a list of common questions for all thoses.... errr.. for everyone
ie : adding a new country, NCO bug, etc....

EDIT : changed my mind, tuts are already made on that purpose

yeah they are but not centralized that much you gotta look around for them. No problem gd4jc. i cant tell how many times i have seen it asked and i even asked it myself once.
