Go find a voxel editor. I got one in development at PPM that was in development, I can't remember what it's called. But I've made quite a few recolors with it, it's quite handy.

well.... i got it but i tried early this morning to put the wings on the side but.... no good... i can't make the wings spread wide its just 6-7 pixels then it ends... and the colors i cant really make it.....

You can resize the voxel too. It's under one of the options at the top.

Voxel isnt that hard, its the normals that f*ck up everything
