Default Attention Mod Leaders: Musical Score Control

Hi all.
I have just completed a soundtrack control program for Yuri's Revenge that gives you the option of having the Red Alert 2 soundtrack and/or the Yuri's Revenge soundtrack.
Another version of the program includes the three previously unreleased tracks 'Ready The Army', 'C&C In The House' and 'Probing'.
Before I make it available for download I would like to provide support for mods that include extra tracks. At the moment, any mods not supported by the program will have their extra tracks disabled.
If any mod leaders would like their mod to be supported by this program please post here now and I will get details from you.
I don't propose to include other peoples' extra tracks in the program, only support so that their tracks don't get overridden.

If there are any players who know of a specific mod that contains extra tracks that they would like to be supported please post here also.
I am eager for any feedback you may have.

I think you misunderstand.

The program is for use by players of Yuri's Revenge (modded or not). It overrides the traditional settings of the game or mod for the in-game musical playlist.

Version A of the program allows you to choose to include the Red Alert 2 soundtrack and/or the Yuri's Revenge soundtrack.

Version B is the same as version A plus you have the option of including any or all of the three periously unrealeased tracks 'Ready The Army', 'C&C In The House' and 'Probing'.

Both vesrions of the program override the thememd.ini file so any tracks added by other peoples mods will not be played when someone has used this program.

I can add other people's tracks to the thememd.ini file that the program introduces so that their tracks will still play in the game when someone uses their mod.
In order for me to do this I need to know what mods have extra tracks and what thememd.ini entries they have.

Presently, both versions of the program support DeeZire's expansion #1 (version B gives you the extra tracks introduced by this expansion anyway, but both versions support the tracks if you have added them using DeeZire's expansion)
Also supported is my mod, Purple Alert.

Does anybody know of any other mods that include extra audio tracks?

Why don't you write thememd.ini to expand90.mix so a mod that uses expand98.mix will simply override your themems.ini?

because if my thememd.ini gets overridden then the game will not play the red alert 2 tracks or the extra tracks at all!
This program is designed so that it can be used with mods as well as without.
It is also fully able to restore the original settings and remove the theme file so that mods' theme files have priority if you wish to have the mods' theme settings.
The purpose of my gathering information here is so that the program can run with mods extra tracks rather than disabling them or being disabled.

Your thememd.ini would just be overriden when a mod is installed, not when no mod is installed.

I think that's a better situation then the themes of the mod being disabled.

But that would completely nullify the whole point of this program - to be able to control the soundtrack as you want it to be whether a mod is installed or not.

Yes, this would override any mods that have extra themes UNLESS they are supported by the program. However, if you want to let the mod's own themes run, just run the sound control program and tell it to disable itself - everybody's happy.

As it stands, there don't seem to be many (or indeed any) mods that have extra tracks. I have looked around for them and found none and no one has so far mentioned a mod here. Therefore it's not really a major issue anyway.

It is easy for me to support any mods and so far I am supporting DeeZire's expansion and my own mod. I am more than happy to support others' mods if there are any with extra tracks - they just have to contact me!

Yes, I can always support them in a future version but a lot of people will not download the program a second time (especially version B when people have a slow connection) just to add support for another mod.

So I ask once more, does anyone know of any mods at all (existing or being made) that have extra audio tracks so that I can contact the author?
