It enhances and fixes a few things, such as the artillery mysteriously hitting moving targets, and the addition of a GDI artillery unit is also good. One bad point though is that, apart from damage, it is the same as the Nod Artillery. GDI is more a power-based side so I would have liked to see the Juggernaut have a shorter range than the Artillery but more damage against heavy armour. And the Cyborg Reaper, although cool, is not a good and balanced addition to the Nod side. The limpet drones are completely useless. What the use is of being able to see the enemy's base (which you probably can anyway if you scouted right) and slowing down a single unit, I don't see. It would've been better to use the same principle for a mobile stealthed defence turret, or maybe a HE mine. That way you would be able to set up a small sneak attack early (I did that in a mod once and it was great fun

). The mobile EMP and Stealth Generator are both nice though, but the problem is that there are not many situations where you would actually need them. So, overall, FS is not very good as far as expansions go.
