wasn't allied suposed to have won the war?
anyway, CDA is Civilain Defence Army.
the 2 leaders are colonel kraven, an ex allied army genereal, and the director, a yuri clone who broke yuri out of the psychic prison and then was betrayed by yuri, so joined forces with colonel craven seeking revenge on yuri, as most civilians also want.
since the director is a clone of yuri, he knows everything he does untill he was created. so thats where the yuri enphasis on some of the technology comes from, and kraven used to command a science outpost, so he learned a lot about allied tech. so CDA is allied crossed yuri style with a hint of their own.

Yes, the Allies did win, but from the install movie and the tutorial, you can clearly see they knew the commies were going to invade...

Well to be honest i dont think you'll get much hekp. Nobody gets help. There are just not enough modders here and all of them have their own projects

you have a point, but all i need is 1 skilled person thats it. It will be hard getting that person, but there must be some one. Does any one know of any decent 3D modeling forums that i could try and ask at? And i know some one that asked for help and recived over 6 members for his mod. So there must be some people willing to help with our mod Surely, ????

Dont search for help on a RA2/YR mod on DZ. Not enough people, and all have their own projects. Try google>3dediting maybe that helps
