Default Tools For a MOD

Since my old pc crahsed  & a lot of my resources of MOD Making are gone,
can anyone help me where are the links for these:
1. XCC Utilities
2. A program that can change an infantries uniform colors
3. Gmax or some 3D Editing program that makes you edit out SHP's or VXL's or make your own

And also, are there any links for Adobe Photoshop tutorials for SHP making (both infantry & buildings), cameo making & editing loading screens? :/

Try it here on DZ

Adobe Photoshop is FAR better than PSP, and I personally prefer it to BS's free SHP builder.

3Ds Max and Gmax are both made by Discreet. 3Ds Max is the really expensive professional version and Gmax is the stripped down freeware version for game modders.

Anim8or comes highly recommended.

I use Paint Shop Pro, since you can get it for $100 USD or less, while PhotoShop is more expensive. BS SHP Builder 2.1 is freeware and you can report any problems with it here.

Wow! I did not expect that from you. I'm honored.

I'm working on a major update, which I will hopefully be able to launch soon. I should add a list of modding utilities to it.

I was lazy and couldn't be bothered typing out all the addresses. I remembered you had them all on one page so I just used it. Dont know why you'd be "honoured", I'm no better than anyone else here.
