If I well understand, you want to make a sort of paralysis weapon that doesn't need to constantly fire at the target...
Maybe a little DirectRocker=Tag in the warhead, without the Pushy=Tag will do the job ??
Otherwise, you'll have to work with particles.... :/
(ready yet ?)

does Temporal=yes even work when put on a warhead that an anim or particle uses?
There is also the Squid logic.

Didn't think of it actually...
And concerning the Squid logic, don't you have to parasite first ?

A neutron-particle will most probably not work, although I've never tested that...the problems I see with it are a) object related issues - since the particle is some kind of "special" object, and b) cellspread related issues - a temporal warhead can't even stand a simple cellspread, so how might it react in this case?
And the squid logic is hard coded. The old way, via Paralyzes= needs a parasite.

The EMP Tank in DeeZire RA2/YR uses Directrocker=yes and Push=yes.

But in your case, you shouldn't put the Pushy=yes....
else all other vehicles will be released if you change target...
