Just look through the attatched vxls on the SHAD vxl ad delete one, might take you 2 tries to get the right one deleted.

1. Siege Chopper has a 5 bladed rotor.
2. Just open the Voxl editor II 1.7 (or so) go to the second rotor and above you'll find:

Section

Delete

That's all!

yea, the hva is always a problem... download DMZ HVA editor, open it and select "make new HVA" choose your voxel and then... well, you have to insert another frame with the rotor rotated...and then i think you got it...
its complicated ,but i learned alone how to use it, so try by yourself...

If you don't want to make another Hva animation for it, just clear the section you want to get rid off then just put a dot on it.
I suggest it should be on the center so i can't be noticed easily on it's animation...

You don't need a new HVA when you're only deleting a rotor.

yes, he needs the HVA, because its not only a rotor, its a section deleted, and the HVA detects how many sections the voxel has
