I think you can make it semi-effective if you removed the Yuri side. You can make the Naval yard act as the Yuri battle lab, make a unit with a veteran status for the faction, whether it is allied or soviet then give it a RequiresThirdTechnology=yes or whatever the tag is called, then assign the unit's prerequisite to the naval yard + an allied/soviet warfactory. So if you infiltrate the naval yard, the unit will appear with veteran status. Art could be easily managed as well.

I am not so sure about this way but it seems pretty logical to me, what I am really confused about is whether the unit will come out of the warfactor or naval yard.

i downloaded sae ...ok
i opened rules.ini
i added sas and copied its code from the seal(thats bcuz there look like the same)
i opened art.ini i added the sassequence
i added the cameo and the sequence
and the unit still give me one sprit(his @ss).
and the cameo dosen't work ethir

Have you changed Sequence=SealSequence to Sequence=SASSequence?
