Adding music files to red alert 2, and final alert 2 modding
1. how can i take out music and then Add in my own so i can listen to my music instead of the Red Alert 2 music? (not very important)
2. how can i add in by using final alert 2 ore and gems in the water and a miner which goes in water for allies? (VERY IMPORTANT)
Oh, one thing, on the poll, i have Building on water? it would be like a dock, and units can be created on them, cost would be 500$/platform, and it would span 5x5 tiles, and it can be used as a bridge, and can be destroyed.

5x5 is impossible, IIRC.

OR the modder's way (==the harder way): Convert audio tracks to correct format and modify thememd.ini

why is it impossible? you use final alert 2? you might find that 5 by 5 is not very big. and my yuris is not working properly, will that playlist editor work with red alert 2?

It's not very big, but the foundation sizes are hardcoded.... and Westwood didnt add the 5 by 5 option.

thanks.....i would make the tile 3x3 then, i wanted to know why it wouldnt work cause i plan to be making a mod in the near future for red alert 2. i might even make it so you can get all the yuri units in red alert 2 somehow.

According to the TS wizz SMIFFGIG, it's a 3x3 square with the center tile cut out. Try it and tell us if it works or not, it might be useful for something.

You can put the YR voxels and SHPs in RA2, but not all of the weapons will work in RA2.
