Default Duplicating Armies in game...no mods, nothing.

I made a single player allied mission, and it worked fine by what i saw, except for the objectives being displayed, but.....I made a trigger and script and everything like that as if i was to get reinforcements. The thing is, is they sit in one spot, clumped together, all on one tile.....Literally, 15 units clumped on one tile. And, then, i moved them, they unclumped, and everything was fine....i looked at the area where the units originally spawned, there was more still sitting there! i could make millions of men if i wanted, just by moving them!! And, plus, its not even repeating.....im stumped. how do i get rid of it? i cant figure ot out.i want to keep the men, but not duplicating men.....do i need to in the script make them move or something? Please help. Ill post the trigger if you ask......
