Default Building does produce graphic errors

Hi!

I tried to import a building, which i found here:

The problem is, that the top of the building does not cover its background. If a building is placed behind the fist, it covers the fist. I tried several things in the art.ini, but nothing worked. Unfortunately i couln't find an address to contact its author. Does someone know how to use this building?

Here is the code. I don't know exactly, what "Normalized" or "Remapable" means, but i get the same graphic error, no matter if i turn them on or off. I also tried different heights for the building in the art.ini, but that had no effect, too. Could it be, that the SHP-file is corrupt?!

Weird...code looks okay...

remapable sets whether your building's remap-parts (those using the red gradient part of the palette) can change their color to yours ingame.
