Default Some questions on Art.ini coding

Can anyone explain how to use such tags in art.ini file and what for are they:

1. ActiveAnimZAdjust and ActiveAnimYSort
2. PowerUp1Anim and etc.
3. How to use RemoveOccupy and AddOccupy?

1. ZAdjust moves the animation toward the screen (i.e. moves it up layers) with more negative values IIRC, but not sure what YSort does.
2. PowerUpXAnim is similar to the active anims, but is only displayed after an upgrade is applied to the building such as the turbine upgrade or plug centre upgrades in TS.
3. I'm not sure specifically how to use The Occupy tags, but they are used for the logic that displys an animation over buildings where a unit is hidden behind it (can be turned off).

I thought the Occupy tags were to specify where smoke puffs and other animations should be played for infantry firing out of a garrisoned building?

Ok. And I also have another problem.
I put 2 animations to the building using ActiveAnim and ActiveAnimTwo but they are shown only one at a time. How it could be solved?
