Adding 3rd campaign to YR

Can anyone explain how to do it?

P.S. At http://project.cannis.net/?page=screenshots there is a screen shot of 3 campaigns choose from. But there's non explanation of how it is done.

My reason is not as significant. My friend have made Yuri campaign but he is not good in moding (he only made few maps). He asked me to help but I didn't known how to add 3rd camp. So I asked here.

P.S.
I've visited cannis forum. Now I see It's not easy to add 3rd camaign.

I've d/l Resource Hacker. I think using it it would be possible to add new super weapons to the game.
Or I'm not right?

No, you're wrong. ResHacker can only alter the game's interface, not change the hardcoded elements.

If I understood right it can edit only images, fonts, text and colors?

And can it make text to be written right to left (as it should be in arabic or hebrew versions of game)?
