You could put FireOnce=yes on the weapon.

sry but i don't know which weapon i should add that line to :S
the Flare without MakeInfantry, the Flare with MakeInfantry, the MiG's Maverick3 or something else?

Kravvitz means Flare with MakeInfantry (to escape appearance of too much inantry)

Have you tried TerrainFire=?
It probably doesn't allow firing on the ground, but it'd interesting to see whether the Migs spawn and attack a tree or something?

If TerrainFire=yes is used, there wiil be attack cursor to trees, rock , etc. Am I right?

Yes. Although you get the same by Ctrl-clicking on them anyway, this is a nice effect.

Boris can attack the trees and stones without pressing ctrl and click on the tree/stone but the MiG's doesn't attack trees, stones or gorund when I add the line
TerrainFire=yes
to [Flare]

Actually I want an infantry to deploy and call in the MiG's but it seems that the unit fire beneath itself when it has the lines
Deployer=yes
DeployFire=yes
and i thought that would be possible if I could get Boris to shoot on the ground and call in MiG's.

You probably need to add TerrainFire to the Mig's weapon, plus the Wood-tag on the warhead, so trees are a valid target for the Migs as well.
