[Flare] on the ground?
I've changed these lines in rulesmd.ini:
[BORIS]
Primary=Flare
Secondary=none
[AirstrikeFlare]
Verses=1%,1%,1%,1%,1%,1%,1%,1%,1%,1%,1%
Boris can now target buildings, vehicles and infantry and the MiG's attacks them but if I target on the ground the MiG's doesn't come.
Is it possible to make the MiG's attack the ground when Boris targets the ground?

Try to change:
Verses=1%,1%,1%,1%,1%,1%,1%,1%,1%,1%,1% to:
Verses=10%,10%,10%,10%,10%,10%,10%,10%,10%,10%,10%, or higher

I tried
Verses=10%,10%,10%,10%,10%,10%,10%,10%,10%,10%,10% ,
Verses=100%,100%,100%,100%,100%,100%,100%,100%,100 %,100%,100%
and
Verses=200%,200%,200%,200%,200%,200%,200%,200%,200 %,200%,200%
but the MiG's still doesn't come when Boris targets the ground. :/

Then try to edit weapon of MiGs (may this is the problem)

Changing Migs or their weapon will change nothing. Give up, this obviously cannot be done.

Yes.
I tried to go everything (editind weapons and warheads, replacing MiGs with other aircraft, etc.) but no result...
DCoder is right: it can't be done.

This is probably a crazy idea but is it possible to somehow make the weapon a MakeInfantry that creates an invisible infantry and let Boris automaticaly shot at the infantry which will look like Boris shots at the ground?

The idea is good but I'm not sure that Boris will shot at the infantry. Most probably he will keep on shoting at the ground under the infantry. Plus, it is not known what will happen to the infantry while shoting units, buildings, ect. where you don't need to create one.
