Default Force ChronoSphere at specific point

I'm making a multiplayer map for YR and I want to use the [ChronoWarpSpecial] (the second stage off the ChronoSphere) by having a marked area from where the tanks should be teleported to on the map (to prevent players from teleport enemy tanks in the water).

[ChronoSphereSpecial] (The first stage of the ChronoSphere) marks from which area the tanks should be teleported from

[ChronoWarpSpecial] (The second stage off the ChronoSphere) marks which area the tanks should be teleported to and teleports the tanks.

If the [ChronoWarpSpecial] is used before the [ChronoSphereSpecial]nothing will happen because it doesn't know from which area the tanks should be teleported from.

Is there any trigger that can mark the area from where the tanks should be teleported from (maybe use the [ChronoSphereSpecial] on a specific waypoint and for a specific startposition)?

If there isn't any trigger that can mark the area from where the tanks should be teleported from, I thought about using an already used Type to trigger a ChronoSphere on a specific point, like use the Type=Sell and having a building (the only buildning that is sellable) which will mark the area (when the building is sold the [ChronoWarpSpecial] will be triggered at the point where the building was)

But when i used the Type=Sell the [ChronoSphereSpecial] ended right after it was started and the area where never marked.

Another problem with the [ChronoWarpSpecial] is that as soon as it is recharged it will not recharge again, you can use it over and over again without have to wait for a recharge.

If it isn't possible to set a ReachargeTime after it is reacharged I thought about having a circle of walls and in the corner a building that the tanks must enter and exit before it can enter the circle of the walls (and in the middle of the walls is the marked area) and one tank could only enter and exit this building every minute. But i don't know how to make that building.

These lines may work to get the building just accept units to enter the building:

UnitAbsorb=yes
InfantryAbsorb=no

but I don't know how to force the building just accept one tank every minute.

yes, but the building need these lines too:

Passengers=1
SizeLimit=15

otherwise it doesn't work
