Default RA2 Hostile Civillans Issue

I am working on a RA2 map where in order to get any usable amount of resources, you have to fight through a civilian guard that doesn't want their tech buldings captured. Does anyone have any idea as to a way I could use rules.ini to change the civillian's default behaviour of running away whenever they are shot at? Or maybe another house (eg. mutant?) that I could use for the civilians so that they will attack other houses on sight? :tard:

About the running away if i'm correct (haven't modded ra2 for 2 years) there's a panic or fear thingy that's set to yes or no. Whichever swich it to the other and about the houses umm maby an agressive state (if that existes)?

"Fraidycat=
Can be set to 'yes' or 'no' and determines whether or not this InfantryType should 'run away' using its Panic= sequence as defined in ART.INI instead of going prone when attacked. This tag also makes the unit wander around aimlessly."

Most civilians panic when attacked, and this is the tag that causes them to. You could also see what turning MultiplayPassive=true to "false" and see what that does.

Edit: You don't want to change the value for MultiplayPassive= to "false". Generated an IE for me.

Thanks for helping, I set fraidycat to yes in rules.ini , and it works fine. I also threw in a trigger to spawn terrorists and the odd demo truck for suicide bomers.
