I allow you to laugh if this is a stupid question. Is it possible to make it so you have a different music track playing when you're loading with different countries?

Not to my knowledge, but I've never had in-depth-contact with the soundtrack...damn 56kers can't download 80MB-mods...

Different music for each country's loading screen.... I seriously doubt that that is possible in RA2/YR.

Wont work, in Theme.ini you can set the sound of loading, but you cant assign sounds to countries, so its a no
