Here u'll know how to add modesmd entry.

If u want to add to add ion cannon to Ra2 i can show a way (i never tried it and i'mlazy abt doing that).

Open the "modesmd entry.txt" attached in ionbeacup.exe with wordpad (u have to download ionbeac.exe b4). Now press ctrl+h.u'll get a find-n-replace window. In the find what box type PsychicReveal and in the replace with box type SpyPlane. Now press alt+a and the all entries of PsychicReveal will b replaced by Spy plane. Now u have to change a little.

The codes for yr is now

[SuperWeaponTypes]
12=IonStrikeSpecial
13=SpyPlaneSpecial

the serial for Spy plane in [SuperWeaponTypes] in rules.ini may be 8 (i can't remember now). So the code stands for Ra2 as

[SuperWeaponTypes]
8=IonStrikeSpecial
9=SpyPlaneSpecial

The last thing u have to change in [IonStrikeSpecial] is : from SidebarImage=PSYRICON to SidebarImage=SPYPICON

I think it will work. I don't know if the SW hack works over Ra2. May Deezire know that.

the cluster missiloe would be better if it shot like the multi missile in tib sun...(or r they the same thing)

Sorry for much posts dude. But the speed of my isp currently using always ups-n-downs. I'm always afraid if i get disconnect for a long time (that happens always). So, i always post my little notes when i finish my topic.

heeey... sounds good but i have questions for you about this images...
(I am not sure of having understood it completely :P :lol: )

1º) All are SW that have cursor and appear icons in the build menu to launch all these SW? or are "emulated weapons that emulate SW?
2º) You remplace any RA2 SW to make these or are independents SW? because i see that this multimissile work as the Soviet Nuclear Bomb...
3º) You not have any problen with the multi-missile superweapon silo (about SW animations...)?
4º) the "beacon" isn't better invisible?

1. Only traditionals superweapons have icon in the sidebar and different cursors... Emulated superweapons will have a default cursor (the attack one).

thanks psycho, is there any way to make the ion cannon shoot anywhere on the map instead of just the beacon? i'd rather it not destroy the beacon but either way is ok. thank you for all your help.
