learn to spell properly

and it's called balancing, its the way C&C games have always been, to make infantry more useful, and u're supposed to use certain units to counter certain attacks

If you need a vaguely logical answer, its coz the tank commanders are crap shots. They can only hit big things, like other tanks.

a tank have slow turning speed, slow ROF (think Sabot projectiles), and limited vision.
You would just have to crawl behind a bush to not be seen by one.
And when fighting infantry, the commander couldnt turn out either,
because as soon he did he would get a dozen airholes in the head.
And BTW, Sabot (AT) projectiles are not hi-explosive, they simply rip through
the tank, taking anything inside with it.
ofcourse most tanks have machineguns for AP purpouses, but i have yet
to see that in a C&C game.

Well you can give tanks primary (AT) and secondary (AP) weapons if you want.

precisely, in RTSs, shots dont normally miss and all units of the same type are considered identical, if not, there'll be an element of luck, which isnt supposed to be part of 'strategy'

If tanks were given secondary anti-infantry weapons their price would have to be put up to about 10,000 a tank to justify the use of infantry and sustain a type of balance.........just a thought :tard:
