I found something funny:
The byte at 0x2A4E89 is 0x4B = 76 :P
yes, this is the sidebar initialization routine, and there's space for exactly 76 cameos per tab (4 tabs).
I'll be trying to increase that (it's more than just changing that number...)

YAY!!! 1 down, 1 to go. (100 units bug) and then we can truely add as many units as we want.
i see a number like 255 max limit coming on, you should only really have a problem with a number that big if you have many sides. even the currently PD's brocken limit of 4 sides shouldn't have a problem with 255(unless you do something we planned to do and make every country have a unique branch of the tech tree.). and since we can currently only have 100 units, its kinda impossable to get past 200(aircraft and units).
i hope PD gets a chance to do some more 4th side stuff(it is kinda incomplete)

he tried to raise it to 255, which required turning all referenced Byte values to unsigned Byte values, which was a big hack, and failed horribly... he thinks he might try again for a limit of 127 later, and since you can't have more than 100 fully functional units anyway, 127 should be more than enough untill he fixes 100 units bug.
