Default Consider neutral units in threat scan?

I have a unit that becomes neutral. It is a dangerous threat and the neutral side uses it against me quite effectively.

My units and base defenses ignore it.

How do I fix this and make my units treat it as a threat?
I don't mind if all neutral/civilian units are considered a threat.

ThreatValues?

Disable civilian=yes and other tags associated with killing tracking?

The most obvious human tactic is to simply tell your defenses and units to fire on it.

Otherwise they will only retaliate if attacked.

Insignificant=false? *not sure*

At least it works if you want the enemy not to shoot at your SpyPlane: you just set Insignificant=true for it.

Maybe it also works the other way round.

I think a neutral unit's default is true, because it's neutral...

its possibly hardcoded as in mod maps with neutral allied/soviet/yuri units, the AI ignores them unless provoked.

When the unit belongs to a player, units and base defenses do not ignore it.
The unit only gets ignored when it belongs to the neutral side.

Whilst it may, at a pinch, be acceptable for human players to have to target the unit manually, it is not good enough for the AI - who get wiped out in a matter of minutes if they ignore the unit.

well the AI does ignore the threat but if attacked it will try to defend itself ...

its a evil fact >__<
