Default Harvesters jamming refinery

AI problem..:? - Yes.

Does anybody have any ideas of preventing this? Or have I done something wrong...?

The problem is one of the new "sides". GDI. I often c refinery being jammed, cause the AI's attack force is in it's base waiting it's mission. OK, fine. But what about if this happens without any tasforce inside it's base. So the refinery is not really "jammed", but even ONE harvester can jam it. It just goes in the place where it should unload, but no! It just sit's there. Doing nothing.

Is there something wrong with the refinery, or the harvester itself?
They work just fine until certain traffic point, but then they just quit their job.
I would definetaly fire those idiots immediately, but that is not an option.
Both, the refinery and the harvester is totally "new". (TS versions)
I have tried decreasing the amount of harvesters, but no go.

Any hints people?

have you specify that the harvester is actually a harvester i.e. there is tag called PadAircraft= which specifics what are rules to apply to aircraft (e.g. automatically black out build option for aircraft when no aircraft space) and AIBuildRefinery= and stuff like that ....
