What, do you mean in FA2 or add new tiberium types?
FA2 cannot add tunnels, you have to write the coordinates in manualy in the map file.

ok, new tiberium types i believe is possible, I believe SeaMan made water
tiberium in a mod of his.
Tunnels... You mean like new tunnel graphics? That is also possible but ask Blade, i havnt worked with the isometric controll ini files.

can you place in new ore types then?? On water?? Will it be posible to add like an oil slick where a slave miner type ship or a miner ship will sit over and gather in money??

i dunno.
You can add an overlay and give it tiberium=true (or whatever)
Im gonna go experiment with it for awhile...

ok, so this is the deal:
If you add a new overlay and give it Tiberium=yes, it will be harvested.
But you will only get 50 credits for a full load, and it wont spread.
This is due to the fact that those things is controlled by the tiberium section
in rulesmd.ini and there are 4 defined types, 2 are used (ore and gems.)
The overlay names for each is probably hardcoded, so i believe that by using the old names from TS, you MAY be able to use the obsolete parameters and tweak them to get for example, sea tiberium.

I believe using an earlier version of FA2 enables the ability to place tunnels ( pre WS version ). Though they dont work correctly and the AI wont use them.

TGMTE are you going to try all the ways round with the old tib sun ore, and things. as it sound like a working idea if ther were 4 set in the ini, then we should be able to make another 2 to get the full 4.

I wish they didnt hardcode nearly everything. Oh well it saves breaching copywrite

That just gave me an idea to emulate AoE in C&C :P

(Miners can be people who go collect stuff)
