ive been working at this for a while and i cant edit how the unit looks, im not sure what program i need, and i want to know how to edit countries, i plan on changing cuba to china, and libya to afghanistan,and edit the units to suit those countries, ive searched the boards and thats how far ive gotten and ive hit a wall

to edit units i use shp builder http://ppmsite.com if you go down to utilitys you will find it thw xcc mixer workes well for changeing countrys go to google search xcc mixer
