Default Projectile Facings?

Is it possible to have different facings for a projectile?
Like if a weapon is fired left, it would show an image of the projectile facing left.

Voxel projectile? Rotating SHP? Perhaps you should check the game first before asking such questions...

Sorry if I wasn't clear.
What I want is a projectile that displays a different shp image based on the direction that it is being fired.

Like Ren said, the game already uses different SHP frames for each facing. Check out existing projectiles (limboing ones are good).

Given the second post, I interpret he means a different projectile altogether depending on the facing, i.e. e.g. if you fire to the left, it looks like a dreadmissile, you fire to the right, it looks like a V3...

And afaik, that's not possible.
The only thing close to this that I could image would be a rotating SHP that looks like different depending on the direction, and then you code the projectile to have a ROT of 0, so that the image doesn't change anymore. But I'm pretty sure that's not what you want.
