NOPE. I've tried it a few times but the end result isn't pretty. I can make some decent voxels though. (not that good, but better then some i've seen).

i noly make SHPs if i know they are going to turn out perfect. since I'm crap, i don't bother, only thing i've ever made worth releasing is my gates, which i am currently sitting on...

RA2, RA1 completly different engine.

Also search for old rules can found anywhere.

Just use google and type ts ini file downloads or something similiar.
