Becoming Part Of the community.......
i was wondering how to make my website a part of the modding community, and host some of the files on Deezire on my site.....im not sure where to put this though, so i put it here. Anyway, does anyone know? my website is: Death Meter Mods Home |

The files on DeeZire belong to DeeZire. You can't just take another site's content to "create" your own site content.
And from that you can infer the answer to your question. Develop your own content, and if it is valuable, then success should eventually follow.

yes, i realize that, but i mean, to do it with permission, to host his mod, and the expansions for it, on my site, and to become a part of the Modding Community like C-Gen, Deezire, and others......For example, get a link to my site, on the sites in the community.

no, but i didn't mean it that way......but there is a "Webring"/"Community" in which people can go to to find things that are not on the other sites, and I kinda wanted to be a part of them. thats all, but oh well, this is going no where.

Then you want to join a network. But again, you need something unique to offer (content!)

you need to talk to a network admin to join, isn't cannis an admin of cannis.net? if you want hosting here, you'd need to speak with deezire, but i don't think they are going to let you have a site simply for resorces, just about every network already has 1, you really need a mod to get hosted.

Sorry, I don't know if you were being sarcastic or not, but I just found that funny... maybe even sigworthy!

yeah. i don't have the actual mod done yet, so I cannot do anything like post screen shots, or even anything like that, so..........yeah. Is there anything else, other than mod-related stuff that people are interested in?
