The rules file is included, along with loads of other editable files, in a *.mix file. To "look inside" these mix files and extract the individual files from them (including the rules file), you will need to download some XCC software (XCC Mixer). Just google "XCC Utilities" and you'll be on the right track.

Reminds me of work actually - I used to be someone who had no self-confidence whatsoever - blindly doing what I was told. I was a slave to the system, but a very polite and pleasant person at work.
